Hiper is an operational intelligence platform that connects business data sources, helps teams explore and visualize information, and supports execution through Graph, dashboards, workflows, and integrations. Features may change over time.

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown on our website or in an order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing. We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

Customer content and permissions

You retain ownership of data you submit or connect to Hiper. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service, including running Graph and enabled integrations on your instructions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Hiper for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or probe the service.
  • Access another customer's data without authorization.
  • Reverse engineer or misuse the service except where prohibited restrictions cannot be enforced by law.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Intellectual property

Hiper, our logos, software, documentation, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of our platform or brand assets.

AI outputs

Graph and other AI features may produce incomplete or inaccurate results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them. Hiper does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if needed to protect the service, users, or third parties. You may stop using Hiper at any time; some provisions survive termination.

Disclaimers

The site and service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
